Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our tumbling program at Chaos Athletics offers a comprehensive, step-by-step progression designed to take athletes from their very first forward roll to elite-level twisting and power tumbling. The curriculum focuses on building a rock-solid foundation of strength, body awareness, and technical precision, ensuring that every athlete moves safely and confidently through each level. By combining high-energy drills with structured skill progressions, the program helps participants master pivotal milestones—from basic handstands and cartwheels to back handsprings and advanced layouts—within a supportive and focused environment.

Recreational Class Options

Chaos Mommy and Me

(Ages 18 mo–3 yrs)

This class encourages little ones to explore basic motions, beginner chants, and balance skills through cheer-inspired games and musical movement. These interactive activities use various props to help build coordination and confidence while fostering a strong connection between the child and their caregiver in a fun, supportive environment.

Chaos Tiny Tumbling

(Ages 1-4)

Chaos Tiny Tumbling introduces little athletes to tumbling in a fun, safe, and age-appropriate way. Participants explore rolling, climbing, balancing, and basic body shapes, as well as handstands, early cartwheels, and coordination skills. Athletes build confidence, listening skills, and independence through obstacle courses and guided instruction in a high-energy, playful environment

Chaos Mini Rebels

(Ages 2-4)

The Chaos Mini Rebels class provides a fun and safe introduction to All-Star cheer for young athletes. Participants learn sharp motions, beginner jumps, simple choreography, and foundational body shapes while developing essential skills like teamwork and listening. Through the use of music, props, and playful drills, these tiny cheerleaders build confidence and coordination in a high-energy, age-appropriate environment.

Intro to Tumbling

Intro to Tumbling is perfect for athletes who are new to the sport or looking to build their foundational skills. The class focuses on developing body awareness, strength, and proper technique while building the confidence needed for more advanced movements. Participants will learn key fundamentals that serve as the building blocks for their future tumbling progression in a focused and encouraging environment.

Beginner Tumbling

The Beginner Tumbling class is an energetic and focused program designed to help athletes master the essential skills of the sport. The curriculum emphasizes building a strong physical foundation through strength training and proper technique, ensuring each participant feels secure as they progress. By mastering these core movements in a positive and structured environment, athletes develop the coordination and confidence necessary to transition toward more complex tumbling sequences.

Back Handspring Plus

The Back Handspring Mastery class is designed for athletes who are ready to focus exclusively on learning, strengthening, or perfecting their back handspring and other handspring skills. This class breaks down technique, power, body shaping, and confidence through targeted drills and spotting to help participants achieve technical precision. It is an intermediate-level program that provides the specialized attention needed to master this pivotal tumbling milestone.

Tucks

The Tucks tumbling class is a focused program designed to help athletes build strong and consistent tuck skills. This advanced-level session emphasizes the refinement of technique, power, and body control through a combination of specialized drills, conditioning, and safe progressions. It provides the structured environment necessary for athletes to transition from handsprings to mastering the height and rotation required for a successful tuck.

Advanced Tumbling

Advanced Tumbling is designed for athletes who are ready to work on high-level power tumbling, complex connections, and advanced passes. This class places a heavy emphasis on technique, height, speed, and body shaping to ensure safe progression through elite skills. It provides the high-energy environment needed for experienced tumblers to refine their power and precision as they move toward the most challenging maneuvers in the sport.

Elite Tumbling

Elite Tumbling is the highest-level training session at the gym, designed for experienced athletes working on advanced Level 4 through Level 6 skills. The class focuses on achieving maximum power and precision in elite passes, including layouts, fulls, doubles, and specialty transitions. Through individualized coaching and structured progressions, athletes refine their air awareness and execution to perform consistently at the most competitive levels.

Flexibility Class

This class is focused on developing and improving athlete’s range of motion, mobility, and muscle elasticity through targeted stretching and movement exercises. Designed to reduce injury risk, improve posture, and enhance overall athletic performance.

Strength & Conditioning

This class is designed to build functional strength, explosive power, and overall athleticism through progressive resistance training and conditioning workouts. Athletes will develop a stronger foundation, improve endurance, and enhance performance across all areas of sport and physical activity.

Jump & Conditioning

This class is designed to develop explosive jumping ability, vertical power, and athletic conditioning through dynamic drills and progressive training methods. Athletes will build lower body strength, improve coordination, and enhance their overall athleticism to perform at the highest level.
